“ Sono stato in questo ristorante tipico napoletano e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Fin dal primo momento si viene avvolti da un'atmosfera calda e accogliente, che richiama le trattorie più autentiche dei vicoli di Napoli, con arredi semplici ma curati e, magari, un sottofondo discreto di musica classica napoletana. La cucina è un vero trionfo della tradizione mediterranea. L'ho provato in due direzioni, entrambe vincenti: 1. La Pizza: La loro pizza merita una menzione d'onore. L'impasto è leggero, il cornicione alto e soffice come vuole la scuola napoletana, e gli ingredienti freschissimi. Una vera eccellenza, tra le migliori che abbia mai mangiato fuori dalla Campania. 2. La Proposta del Giorno: La ricchezza del menù del giorno ha catturato la nostra attenzione. Abbiamo optato per un pesce fresco (una spigola al sale, perfettamente cotta e saporita) e delle Linguine alla Luciana, che si sono rivelate favolose: un sugo ricco e bilanciato con polipetti freschissimi e pomodorini dolci. Una vera poesia per il palato. Non potevamo chiudere senza i dolci tipici. Eravamo curiosi di vedere se fossero all'altezza e non siamo stati delusi: la pastiera e il babà erano inondati di rum, umidi al punto giusto e pieni del sapore autentico della tradizione. Un plauso speciale va al personale: la loro gentilezza, l'accoglienza e la preparazione sono state esemplari. Ci hanno saputo guidare con competenza nella scelta del vino (abbiamo scelto un ottimo Falanghina), spiegando con passione i piatti del giorno e facendoci sentire coccolati per tutta la serata. In sintesi: Se cercate un angolo di Napoli a tavola, con una materia prima eccellente, piatti che onorano la tradizione e un servizio impeccabile, questo è il posto giusto. Assolutamente consigliato! ”
